3 simple steps to receive your Care-Rite survey

Setting up your Care-Rite survey is a simple process

Step 1

Just fill in the form at the bottom of the page and choose from the options to distribute your survey.

Step 2

Collecting your data - on the same form below, please select how would you like to distribute your survey (you can select as many options as you would like)

  Who would you like to send the survey to? - Upload your resident and workforce contacts + the date to send it out

We would like to send email internally

  No problem! We will send you a personalised URL that you can insert in your emails or letter for distribution

We would like to use posters with QR codes

  Easy peasy - we will send you  a poster that you can use or a QR code in case you prefer to design your own poster  

Embed on a website or intranet page

  We can do that - we will send you an embed script that you can add to your page design
